Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration, appearing for 1st respondent, Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent No.3 and learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent No.4 and 5. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner has applied to the 2nd respondent for survey and fixation of boundaries of his property on 04-05-2014, 24-06-2016, 10-09-2015 and 30-06-2016 and that no action has been taken on the said representation of the petitioner. 3.
Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent employs a Town Surveyor who would conduct the survey on the basis of the records made available by Mandal Surveyor who is under the control of the 3rd respondent.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to cause a survey to be done of the subject property after obtaining the records from the
3rd respondent/Mandal Surveyor after giving notices to respondent Nos.6 to 9 within six weeks from the date a of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
