HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.C.No.44 of 2017

ORDER

This Court by order dated 9.9.2016 disposed of W.P.No.30543 of 2016 directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.7.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.

It appears, pursuant to the said order, an order was passed on 6.12.2016, but, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said order was not in accordance with the order passed by the Supreme Court and the facts of the case. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the said order, but he cannot agitate the same in the present contempt proceedings. This Court sees no ground to interfere with the order impugned.

Reserving liberty as aforesaid, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 3rd February, 2017 rkk
