Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that by virtue of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.22036 of 2013, dated 03.07.2013, no further orders are required in the writ petition, since the respondents are not harassing the petitioner without there being any reasons.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
