It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Hon'ble Full Bench Judgment of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others v. Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad & Others in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch, dated 23.12.2015.

This Court, by following principles laid down in the aforementioned Judgment of Full Court, dated 23.12.2015, disposed of W.P.No.8362 of 2015 today. The issue in the present case is covered by the same. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order in W.P.No.8362 of 2015.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.

Let a copy of the order in W.P.No.8362 of 2015 be annexed with this order.
