HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.247 OF 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the court that the parties have settled the dispute before Lok Adalat, Hyderabad and pursuant to which an Award has been passed on 06.12.2014 with the following terms :

Sri Syed Moosa Kazeem, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 and Sri Pallapu Mahesh, learned counsel for respondent No.1, are present. The parties are also present before the Lok-Adalat. The matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

The complainant states that the matter has been compromised between them and he is not interested in pursing the matter and therefore it requires to be closed.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is closed. In view of the award dated 06.12.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the said award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
