This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017 for considering the petitioner's OMR Sheet written by her in examination in respect of Notification No.20/2017, dated 14.04.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the OMR sheet written by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Since the grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent by way of representation dated 18.09.2017, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
