Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal challenging the order dt.16-07-2015 passed in proceedings No.B/7306/2015 passed by 4th respondent under Section 4 of the AP Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
