This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2015 from the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor and transfer the same to the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent, in all fairness, submitted that the respondent has no objection for allowing of the petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main transfer petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor and transferred to the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool, for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
