THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.10840 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.351 of 2015 of Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad.

On written instructions, dated 16.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, referred the same as "Civil in Nature" on 16.11.2016 and final report has been filed before the learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
