HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14992 of 2014 ORDER :

The Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.54 of 2014 of Khammam I Town Police Station, Khammam registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police already filed final report.

3) Hence, the petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application for quash the final report of the police and the cognizance, if any, taken by learned Magistrate.

4) Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
