THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12507 OF 2015 ORDER :

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.20529 of 2013 dated 26.07.2013 and same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 26.07.2013 in WP No.20529 of 2013, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Registrar, Stamps and Registration, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject property without reference to the letter dated 23.10.2010 issued by the Joint Collector-cum-Settlement Officer, Chittoor. In the event the documents fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the same shall be registered and released in accordance with the due procedure.
