HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 5 7 6 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, West Traffic Police Station, Guntur, Guntur Urban District, dated 30.10.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the said instructions, after completion of investigation, the 3rd respondent filed a charge sheet on 04.10.2018 before the Court of the V-Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Guntur and the same was taken on file vide CFR No.7119.

In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly the same is closed.
