This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.427 of 2015 of P.S. Uppal, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 406, 120b, 506, 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Heard Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners.
Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court about filing of Final Report dt. 19.6.2016 dropping further proceedings against the petitioners for lack of evidence.
In view of the proceedings issued by the Investigating Agency dropping all further proceedings against the petitioners, no further orders need be passed by this Court quashing the proceedings. Therefore, the instant Petition, which is filed to quash the Proceedings, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.
It is found on verification that pending Criminal Petition, stay was granted by this Court.
In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the
proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous. The stay granted earlier by this Court shall stand vacated.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
