THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2 OF 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed alleging disobedience to the directions issued in the order, dated 20.09.2013, passed in W.A.No.1675 of 2013.

When the matter is called, learned counsel for the parties are present. Learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the order, dated 09.02.2015, passed in Pro.Rc.No.415/Admn.V-2/2005 and submitted that by virtue of the aforesaid proceedings, the order, dated 20.09.2013, has been complied with and arrears of salary are also released.

Though there is some delay on the part of the respondent in complying with the orders of this Court, in view of the proceedings, dated 09.02.2015, we are of the view that it is not a fit case to proceed further under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
