Heard.

The petitioner questions the order of the 2nd respondent in Proceedings No.F2/7209/2008, dated 24-07-2014 and consequential order of the 3rd respondent in File No.B/1195/2014, dated 22-09-2014. It is not in dispute that the very same order of the 2nd respondent was questioned in W.P.No.24608 of 2014 and by order, dated 06-03-2015, this court disposed of the writ petition specifically holding that there is no infirmity in the impugned order so as to call for interference by this Court. In view of the said order of the 2nd respondent, having been confirmed by this Court, in the aforesaid writ petition, the present writ petition cannot be entertained against the self same order.

The petitioner's counsel, however, states that subsequently, the suit in O.S.No.144 of 2006, which was filed by respondents 4 to 6, was dismissed by the Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, on 31-07-2015, and thereby, the rights of the petitioner stood upheld.

If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the recording authority on the basis of the said adjudication by the Civil Court.

With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
