ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue writ, order or one in the nature of writ of mandamus as declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the petitioner's land and in construction activity as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, which were guaranteed under Article 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and in consequence thereof pass necessary orders directing the respondents not interfere with construction activities of petitioner's land in Survey Number No.401/66/20, Plot No.28 admeasuring 33 x 33, situated in Journalist Colony, Armoor, Nizamabad." At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.4.1.2013, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.48805 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
