This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the inaction of respondents Nos.1 to 4 in not taking action, basing on his complaints/representations dated 16.5.2017 and 20.5.2017 against the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent encroached upon the Government Property and started making constructions without following the regulations and contrary to the sanctioned plan and that the petitioner made representations/complaints on 16.5.2017 and 20.5.2017 before the official respondents. But no action has been taken so far.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the Counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The Official respondents are directed to consider the representations/complaints made by the petitioner, if any, and take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions, if any made by the 5th respondent as alleged."
