This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.S.No.631 of 2007 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transfer the same to the file of IX Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to be tried along with O.S.No.1209 of 2007.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition before the appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
