HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE SURESH K UMAR K AIT CONTEMPT CASE No. 2211 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.08.2016 passed in WPMP.No.27262 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.22171 of 2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondents have implemented the order of this Court and therefore he does not want to press the Contempt Case. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive any more and therefore it has become infructuous. Accordingly the Contempt Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
