HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6027 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.1 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.226 of 2014 of Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 506, 120-B of IPC and Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., but subsequently, action was dropped by the police.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
