This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 2 in imposing condition No. 3 in its letter dated 28-06-2013 i.e. insisting for submission of "Clearance Certificate" from respondent No. 3 as per the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural land (Conversion for Non-agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, for release of building permission to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, both learned counsel submit that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common judgment dated 28-08-2015 of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch. 3.

In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the common judgment dated 28-08-2015 in W.A.Nos. 702 of 2010 and batch.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
