HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35725 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not conducting the survey, demarcation and fix the boundaries in respect of land in Survey No.87, admeasuring Acs.11.02 guntas, situated at Porandla village, Maheshwaram mandal, Ranga Reddy District, inspite of submitting written representation dated 26.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not conducting survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries, in respect of the above said land, inspite of submitting written representation on 26.07.2018. 4) Since the petitioners made a written representation seeking survey, which is contrary to the procedure contemplated under law, their request cannot be considered. However, the petitioners, if so advised, shall make F-Line application seeking survey of the said land, enclosing

necessary documents, in which event, the authorities concerned shall deal with the same if they are otherwise entitled, based on the recent pahanis, circulars issued by the Government from time to time and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the said application. 5) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
