THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35719 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Executive Officer/R.2 on 03.09.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, Smt.K.Lalita, learned Standing Counsel for TTD, submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the Executive Officer-respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 03.09.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
