THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24858 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ, order or directions more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare a) the action of the 1st respondent in not extending the affiliation to the 2nd petitioner college for academic year 2011-2012 for imparting education in B.Ed. Course, b) the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not including the 2nd petitioner college in the 2nd phase of counseling, notwithstanding the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.16021 of 2011 dated 09-08-2011, as arbitrary, illegal, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to permit the 2nd petitioner college to function as B.Ed. College."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that having regard to the interim orders already passed by this Court this writ petition can be closed as no further orders are necessary in this matter.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
