THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14537 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner/A.4 seeks to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.881 of 2013 of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 13-7-2015, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Police Station, Hyderabad, would submit that police referred the case as civil in nature and filed final report accordingly before the III Additional CMM Court, Hyderabad and thus prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
