ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services -I (TG) and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for hearing.

Aggrieved by order dated 21.5.2018 of the District Educational Officer suspending the petitioner from service, petitioner claims to have preferred appeal dated 13.6.2018 to the Commissioner & Director of School Education. Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that appeal is pending, without expressing any opinion, writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education-second respondent to pass orders on the appeal expeditiously, preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
