ORDER:

Apprehending demolition of the petitioners'

premises in Kojjilipet, Machilipatnam, Krishna District by respondent No.2, the petitioners filed this Writ Petition. Mr. Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned counsel representing respondent No.2, submitted that respondent No.2-Corporation has been making efforts to acquire the premises of the petitioners through consent under Section-146 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal

Corporation Act, 1955, failing which, it will follow the procedure prescribed under Section-147 thereof. This submission of the learned counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.5741 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
