THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 13854 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner herein claimed that his father, while working as an Assistant Lineman at N.G.Padu Section of Ongole Division, died on 16.04.2006. He sought for an appointment on compassionate grounds. That Application has been dealt with by the Divisional Electrical Engineer, Operation Circle, Ongole, who, through his letter dated 23.08.2012, returned the Application for non-submission of the certificate from the remaining family members for providing employment in favour of the petitioner herein and his undertaking to maintain the family members of the deceased employee. In response thereto, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has furnished the necessary representation from his mother Smt. Suseela setting-forth that she has no objection for the respondents to consider his Application for appointment on compassionate grounds. The petitioner has also furnished the necessary undertaking to maintain the family some time in March, 2012.

Therefore, the respondents may deal with the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds due to the death of Sri Ranga Rao and pass appropriate orders within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly taking into account and consideration his qualifications, eligibility and suitability.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with this order after hearing Smt. J. Koteswari Devi, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of. ----------------------------------------- NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J 01st May 2015 ksld
