HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.C.Nos.1719 & 1752 OF 2015 COMMON JUDGMENT:
Heard Sri Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (TS). The Government Pleader places on record letter No.G2/3334/2015 dated 04.01.2016.
Through the instant letter, the District Collector/2nd respondent has intimated due compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.9965 and 11944 of 2015. The relevant portion of the communication reads as follows:
"In the above contemplated circumstances, the RDO Sangareddy has been permitted to deposit the decretal charges in the above both OPs from the available funds on reimbursement basis to avoid personal appearance/ contempt proceedings and legal complications.
Accordingly, the RDO Sangareddy has deposited the decretal charges as shown below.

Having regard to compliance of the Court order, though with avoidable delay, the Court, taking note of the efforts undertaken by the respondents from 04.12.2015 till date, accepts compliance.
Contempt cases are, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The notices already issued are discharged. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these contempt cases shall stand closed.
