HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6664 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.43 of 2013 of Doultabad P.S, Mahabubnagar, which was registered for the offence under Sec.420, 487, 120(B), 468 IPC and Rule 7 of E.P. Rules.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation was completed and the police filed charge sheet and the case was registered as C.C.No.327 of 2015 and pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kodangal and hence the petition filed for quashing the FIR has become infructuous.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) Having regard to the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
