HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10874 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "A Writ of Mandamus may be issued declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing proceedings in Rc.No.4561/G1 dated 07.04.2012 purported to be one under Section 405 and 406 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 as void ab initio, arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the orders dated 02.08.2011 in W.P.No.7733 of 2010."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner produced before this Court a copy of the endorsement in Roc.No.4561/2012/G1 dated 13.10.2012 withdrawing the impugned notice dated 07.04.2012. 3.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
