PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18480 of 2012 ORDER:- The writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing pattadar passbook No.69585 and title deed in favour of one Sugunamma, in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No.181/04 situated at Ramaraogudem Village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents to cancel the said pattadar passbook and title deed.

At the time when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Government Pleader for revenue appearing for the respondents submits across the Bar that the pattadar passbook No.69585 and title deed issued in favour of Sugunamma in respect of the land mentioned above were cancelled and fresh pattadar passbook No.IB 376 and title deed were issued in favour of one Dasari Ravindra Babu, who is brother of the writ petitioner, in respect of the said land.

The record reveals that prior to filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner sold the land to his brother by name Dasari Ravindra Babu through a registered Sale Deed dated 31.01.2012 for a valid sale consideration.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
