THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41370 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri K. Sai Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 30.03.2016 to the Registry stating that he is instructed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
