This petition is filed seeking to quash proceedings in Cr.No.169 of 2016 on the file of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District on various grounds. Learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this court that investigation is completed and police filed charge sheet on 19-9-2016 and therefore, question of quashing proceedings in the above said crime does not arise.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to question the charge sheet, if any, if advised.
