THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7077 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash Cr.No.193 of 2012 on the file of the P.S. Pulivendula, YSR Kadapa District, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 506 and 34 IPC.

Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet filed before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur was numbered as C.C.No.7 of 2013 and the same was ended in acquittal. Hence the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________ JUSTICE ANIS.
