THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT A.S.M.P.No.1130 of 2016 IN APPEAL SUIT No.793 of 2012 AND APPEAL SUIT Nos.793 & 983 of 2012 COMMON JUDGMENT:

These appeal suits are filed against the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2012 in O.S.No.24 of 2008 on the file of the Court of VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Madanapalle, Chittoor District. 2.

Today, when the matters are taken up, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties jointly state that the matter has been compromised between the parties. A compromise memo to that effect is also filed into the Court. The parties are present in the Court today and they are identified by their respective counsel.

3. In view of the compromise between the parties, A.S.M.P.No.1130 of 2016 is ordered and the appeals are accordingly disposed of. The compromise memo shall form part of this judgment. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
