This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.344/2014 on the file of Khammam Rural Police Station.

Heard Sri Mr. M. Arjuna Rao, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that during pendency of the present Petition, the Police of Khammam Rural Police Station filed Final Report stating that case is referred as false and mistake of fact and therefore, no further orders need be passed in the instant Petition and in view of the same, the instant Petition to quash the Proceedings in FIR No.344/2014 has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings in FIR No.344/2014 on the file of Khammam Rural Police Station, Khammam, is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
