ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Certiorari for quashing order, dated 09.02.2015, in O.A.No.1641 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.
Mr. M.R.Tagore, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter, dated 04.7.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein it is stated that due to arising of
additional vacancies of Regional Transport Officer, the petitioners are likely to get promotion and therefore, they intend to withdraw the Writ Petition.
At the hearing, Mr. M.R.Tagore, learned counsel for the petitioners, has reiterated the contents of the abovementioned letter. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
