THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13691 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to complete the trial in C.C.No.486 of 2011 within a period of three months.

2. The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

3. A perusal of the record reveals that the matter is pending since 2011.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is hereby directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.486 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
