THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.7082 of 2016 ORDER:

Mrs. Taheera Mateen, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in terms of Section 2 of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and also to give liberty to approach this Court with respect to the subject matter.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as sought for and also giving liberty to approach this Court with respect to the subject matter after following due procedure. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
