HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.502 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri T.N.M. Ranga Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that he has no opposition for acceding to the request to transfer O.S. No.47 of 2017 on the file of I-Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, to the file of VII-Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Eluru, West Godavari District. Sri S. Syam Sunder Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners is also present.

Sri G. Surender Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.3, and Sri K.V. Simhadri, learned counsel for respondent No.4, have no objection for transfer the Original Suit.

Hence, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and, accordingly, O.S. No.47 of 2017 on the file of I-Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of VII-Additional District Judgecum-Family Court, Eluru, West Godavari District.
