CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.14140 of 2017 Dt: 07.08.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing Order, dated 06.11.2015, in O.A.No.5987 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Today by a separate order passed by us in Writ Petition No.25504 of 2017, we have set aside the afore-mentioned order in the OA. Following the same, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.17535 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
