Sri Roshan, learned counsel representing Sri Nageshwara Rao Pappu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, issue has been sorted out between petitioners and the 2nd respondent as it is a family dispute and, thus, requires no adjudication. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission for withdrawal is granted and the criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending stand closed.
