OFFICE NOTE 30.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.2 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioneraccused No.1 seeking to relax condition imposed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of in Crl.P.No.16026 of 2025, dated 25.03.2026 by deleting the following condition " the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating authority once in a week.'

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is disputed learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer once in a week is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before Investigating Officer concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
