ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 3 and 4 in obstructing/stopping the digging operations of the petitioner's fish tank in an extent of Ac.10.58 cents in R.S.Nos.474/1, 475/1, 2A, 476/2 at Tamirisa Village, Nandivada Mandal, Krishna District.

The petitioner claims that himself, his brothers and other family members are having agricultural lands. Due to frequent inundation of water, the said lands are not fit for agricultural operations. Hence, they made an application on 25.03.2017 for grant of permission to convert the agriculture lands into aqua culture farms. After verification, the District Level Committee granted Provisional Registration Certificate on 13.6.2017. In spite of the same, when respondents 3 and 4 are obstructing the digging, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the permission obtained by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to

interfere with the conversion of the lands so long as the petitioner confines to the conditions mentioned in the Provisional Registration Certificate. If the petitioner violates the said conditions, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. No costs.
