The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were summoning her to the police station without registering any case and were harassing her.

2. Written instructions dated 27.11.2015 were furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, stating that the petitioner was one of the accused in Crime No.848/2015 registered on the file of Punjagutta Police Station under Section 420 r/w 34 IPC.

3. Sri V.Raghunath, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly stated that in the event the petitioner was shown as an accused in a Crime, she could have no grievance with regard to interference with her life and liberty in accordance with the due procedure.

4. The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the respondentpolice authorities to strictly follow the procedure prescribed under Sections 41 and 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
