HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12100 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 & A3 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 549 of 2013 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, which was registered for the offences under Sections 494 & 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case ended in acquittal on 8.8.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 549 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
