THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.41992 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance precisely in the writ petition is non-disposal of the Inam Petition No.355 of 2009 submitted by the petitioners herein before the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Rajam, Srikakulam District.

At the bar, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that necessary directions may be issued to the 4th respondent herein to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of being heard to all the stake-holders by fixing some time frame.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Rajam, Srikakulam District to pass appropriate orders on Inam Petition No.355 of 2009 filed by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
