HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.20872 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P. Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent - GHMC, submits that the Government had issued G.O.Ms.No.17, dated 23.01.2017, and produced a copy of the same before this Court.

In view of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.17, dated 23.01.2017, Sri R. Sameer Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the aforesaid G.O.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
