HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.35913 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner as well as Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36733 of 2018, dated 11.10.2018, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the above said order. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 11.10.2018 in W.P.No.36733 of 2018, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation of services on completion of five years of service in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, dated 22.04.1994, and regularize the services with retrospective effect for the purpose of pensionary benefits, without monetary benefits, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
